Location suffers from accessibility issues. a narrow road dotted with heavy traffic creates a hassle when trying to venture out. A 15-minute trek to the BTS feels hotter than expected, especially when facing Bangkok’s heat, and the nearby 7-Elevens are not the easiest to access due to unfriendly pedestrian routes. Smoke odor lingered in common areas, overshadowing the comfort of the stay. even after changing rooms, the smell persisted in the hallways. The cleanliness of rooms left much to be desired, as room cleaning service wasn’t properly addressed during the stay.

The connecting rooms were perfect for my family! The bathrooms were fantastic 😍. But, the free tuk tuk wasn’t often available during the hours we needed. Still, it was a good stay overall.

The room had a beautiful French aesthetic, making it feel unique and inviting. I loved how clean everything was, which added to a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The space was comfortable, especially the bed. I slept really well. However, communication with the staff could be tricky, especially for first-time travelers in Bangkok. It would have been helpful if they offered tours or had more information available. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, which was disappointing—especially since I thought there would be options. Also, the distance to the BTS was inconvenient. I found using motorcycle taxis a bit tedious after a while. Overall, the location is great if you're visiting Samitivej hospital, but not as ideal for tourists.

great stay with some minor downsides
The hotel features a lovely rooftop garden, providing a serene escape from the busy city. My Executive Corner Room was thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable environment to unwind. Staff members were warm and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, I enjoyed the incredible city view from my room, which added a delightful touch to my experience.
The location's accessibility could be better.
